Refund Policy

No Refunds

All payments for ImageWise subscriptions, credit packages, and AI processing are final and non-refundable. This includes unused subscription time, unused credits, completed purchases, and AI processing that has already started or completed.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription and any included credits remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not create a refund or credit for the current billing period.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not start, renew, or upgrade a subscription. Credit-pack credits remain available for 12 months from purchase, unless they are used earlier. Unused or partially used credit-pack credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Failed AI Processing

If an AI task fails before producing a usable result, ImageWise may automatically restore the credits charged for that task. This is a credit adjustment, not a monetary refund.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
